Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. For small order 4-6 weeks.
Q. How are my orders shipped?
A. All orders will be mailed with USPS or UPS. A Tracking number will be provided.
Q. Am I allowed to return an item?
A. All orders are made to order, no returns are allowed.
Q. What happens if my item is damaged during shipping?
A. Proof of damage is required. Item must be unused and shipped to return address within 7 days. You are responsible for shipping cost on returning item.
Q. How do I take care of my Tumbler?
A. Hand wash only, Not Dishwasher safe, avoid extreme hot and cold, do not drop, do not soak
If care is followed, tumblers will last a long time.
